Having overall responsibility for building a world leading brand and capability, alongside developing a talented, multi skilled and multinational team of 55 engineers who, whilst concurrently engineering multiple new build and refit projects, are applying knowledge and insight in the development of innovative technical platforms that underpin the world’s most advanced superyachts. James has been a part of BMT since 2004, when Nigel Gee & Associates was acquired by BMT.
