TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment must be made before the Workshop in Pounds Sterling by one of the following:
- Bank Transfer.
- Credit Card or Debit Card by PayPal.
Cancellation by Delegates:
Cancellations received in writing (by email with confirmed reply) up to 14 days before the event commences will not be subject to an administration charge.
Cancellations received in writing (by email with confirmed reply) with less than 14 days before the event commences will be subject to an administration charge of 25%.
Cancellations received with less than 7 days notice are subject to the full event fee.
Delegates may be substituted - this must be sent in writing by email and confirmed with the Event Manager.
Postponement or Cancellation of Workshop:
NEXT GEN Marine Ltd reserves the right to postpone or cancel events for any reason.
Compensation for postponement or cancellation will never exceed the amount already paid for attending the event.
NEXT GEN Marine Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential costs.
Refund Policy:
If Workshop is postponed, any payment for places would be applied to the new date. If that date was not convenient we would then refund.
